KORMAG inspection report

Results of tank bottom inspection are documented in two kinds of reports, depending on the current survey stage:

Field report (generated after each inspection day):
Field reports are  usually created and presented to the tank owner  after each workday.  It documents a progress of the tank survey by creating  the Plate report sheet for every tank bottom plate measured on that day.

The  Plate report sheet includes:  Schematic view of inspected plate,  List  of defects  and optionally Table of UT additional measurements.

The Field report  may also contain other additional elements in situations  when non-standard faults are found or the survey for some reasons goes beyond the planned schedule.

Final report (created after the completion of tank bottom measurements):
The final report is prepared in time term agreed with the tank owner. Final report gives a summary of the conducted inspection and of the tank bottom technical condition.
The report includes: tank technical specifications, measurement tools  specifications, survey conditions and schedule, report sheets for all plates measured, a diagram with an overall view of the tank bottom with detected faults, fault statistics, list of the most severe faults.
