KALIBRAK tool
| KALIBRAK is a specially designed, high resolution tool for the detection, location and sizing of changes in the internal geometry of the pipeline (out-of-roundness anomalies and fittings) KALIBRAK tools use a system of radially mounted mechanical arms equipped with deflection sensors which measure internal pipeline diameter. Results of a KALIBRAK survey can be used for the pipeline correct construction assessment and to determine the piggabillity of a pipeline The fleet of available KALIBRAK tools covers a wide range of pipeline nominal diameters. |
